Use the function I have forgotten my login details by clicking on the link on the login page.

On the new page that appears, you have two options.

1. If you have forgotten your password, fill in your username and click on Send. The email address is not required in this case.

2. If you have forgotten your username, fill in the email address that you used when you registered and click on Send.

If you are a member of a club affiliated to the Swedish Orienteering Federation, a new page appears. Just follow the instructions.

If you are not a member of a club affiliated to the Swedish Orienteering Federation, please contact the Eventor support if you need help with:

- Which email address is registered in Eventor
- Your email address to be updated in the system to be able to receive your password
- Any other concern regarding your user account
