At some events, entries are made by the district, or the participants represent the district, how is this possible to manage in Eventor?
Because the districts are already in Eventor as organisations, an administrator or entry manager in each district can make the entry.
In an individual event, the participant is normally entered for the club and not the district. If it should be otherwise, the organiser may correct representation in the time manangement program (OLA, OE, etc.) after the entries have been imported from Eventor.
In a relay event, the district entry manager can make entries for district teams. The entry manager can also fill in the team line up and then choose among all members of the clubs in the district.
If you also wish to make entries on a district level, contact one of the district's administrators in Eventor.
As organiser, with the role of administrator / event manager of the district the organising club belongs, you can make entries for participants even after the entry deadline.
