I've administrator of club from 4 members  and made entry for O-Ringen 2015 for all. Eventor generated 3 bills of payment.

How I can receive only 1 payment - for all members of my club together?

I've tried to cancel ertry to make reentry, but Eventor says -"Cancellation cannot be done since the organising club does not allow cancellations."
