Club and Jukola details:

This year the area and set up is defined by remote locations, large distances and limited transport possibilities. Prepare for this and there will need to be more margin in travel plans.

Club travel from Stockholm:

• Boat details (departure Wednesday, Thursday or Friday): Silja Line from Stockholm Värtahamnen (near Ropsten) to Helsinki. Check in no later than 16:15. Arrival 10.30 next day.
• On boat arriving on Thursday and Friday the club has cars for transport to Houses. Approx. 3h drive to houses. Cars leave Helsinki approx. 10.30.
• No club transport on Saturday from boat but seats on Lalle buss directly to arena. Bus arrives at arena 14.30.

Club accommodation:

• Three Airbnb houses spread out to the south and south-west of Mikkeli. 8-10 beds in each house. All bring bed sheets.
• One Wind shelter place (5x6m) (thank you Tobbe for securing this!). Here runners need to raise one tent during Friday. See info about transport below!
• Two Camping area (10x10m) with possibility for tents (preferably smaller, but the club has no such tents). See info about transport below!

Travel on site:

• No car access, parking or drop off at arena Saturday and Sunday. All need to park at satellite parking at Mikkeli airport, take a shuttle bus to the arena (20min) and then walk 2km. In total approx. 2h from accommodation to the arena. From Houses to Mikkeli approx. 60 min
• On Friday things (such as a tent) can be dropped off at the arena but need to be carried 2km.
• On Sunday everyone and everything needs to be carried to shuttle bus and then take bus to Mikkeli airport and then transported in club cars.

Club travel to Stockholm:

• Boat check in at Helsinki Sunday 16.00 (leave Mikkeli no later than 12.00). Boat arrives in Stockholm 10.00 on Monday.
